Formula 1 Spiced Apple Chia Pudding

Chia seeds add omega-3 fats and help thicken Formula 1 into a pudding. When poured over spiced apples, this makes a satisfying breakfast.

What you'll need

2 scoops Herbalife® Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix, Vanilla
2 scoops Herbalife® Drink Mix, Vanilla
3/4 cup + 2 TBSP cold water
1 TBSP white chia seeds
½ medium apple
1 scoop Herbalife® Active Fiber Complex, Apple
½ tsp Herbalife® Herbal Tea Concentrate Cinnamon
1 TBSP pomegranate seeds for garnish (optional)

What to do

Put Formula 1, Protein Drink Mix, 3/4 cup water and chia seeds in a covered jar. Shake well, and let sit for 10 minutes or so until the mixture starts to thicken, shaking occasionally. While waiting, chop the apple finely and mix in a small bowl with the Active Fiber Complex, Herbal Tea Concentrate and 2 TBSP water until evenly mixed. Place the apple mixture at the bottom of a glass or small bowl. Gently pour the Formula 1-chia mixture on top of the fruit. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight, until set. Top with a few pomegranate seeds, if desired.
