Lowfat Creamy Avocado Dressing

Plain yogurt and avocado make for a creamy dressing with fewer calories than most bottled creamy dressings.

What you'll need

1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
½ avocado, mashed
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

What to do

Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl until smooth. Can be stored covered, in the refrigerator, for a week.
