Love pizza? Discover how much exercise it takes to burn off a slice!

Mmmmmm, millions love pizza but is it worth the calories? Covered with all your favorites toppings and extra cheese, pizza might look like a tasty and delicious meal option. Think again. In this video, Herbalife registered dietitian Susan Bowerman, MS, RD, CSSD, FAND, gives you the nutritional facts on pizza and how many hours of exercise it takes to burn off a typical pizza.

An individual personal pizza, like the one in this video, contains about 760 calories. Does that sound like a a lot? What if you take that caloric amount and reevaluate it in length of workouts?  For example, if you weigh around 150 pounds (roughly 70 kilos), in order to burn off those 760 calories you would need to do:

– 50 minutes of Boxing

– 70 minutes of non-stop jump rope

– 83 minutes of running

– 1 1/2 hours of swimming

– 2 1/2 hours of walking
